Pilates - Beginning- 10 weeks

$70 tuition/quarter

Pilates will help students gain strength in core muscles and increase flexibility. You will learn proper postural and breathing techniques. Although this class is geared towards those with little to no experience with Pilates, all levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat.

Tai Chi - 7 weeks Winter

Tai Chi forms are a choreographed meditation on the function and practical use of the human body. Studies show it helps reduce stress and high blood pressure, and improves balance. Janny Wu is an expert in Tai Chi and has experience teaching students of all ages and abilities.

Qigong for Health & Longevity
9 weeks Winter

Qigong is a form of Chinese exercise that synchronizes breath, visualization and gentle-flowing movement to improve health and energy. Learn simple, easy-to-do exercises that lower blood pressure, enhance immunity, increase energy, and reduce the effects of aging and stress. Participants of all ages, fitness levels and physical capacities are welcome.

Yoga - Beginning - 10 weeks

This Iyengar-based Hatha yoga class is suitable for beginners and experienced students. Through an emphasis on alignment the student will develop body awareness, strength, and flexibility. Please bring your own yoga mat (must have), and two yoga blocks and a strap (if possible.)

Zumba - 8.5 weeks Winter

Zumba is a fun and simple fitness class that uses high energy Latin/International music and easy to follow dance moves to utilize the principles of aerobic fitness, interval training and resistance training. With a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body, Zumba is the “feel-happy” workout you have been looking for.
