Welcome to Birch Lane Elementary School 

We hope you find the information you need on this website and the many links to classrooms, the PTA, the district and the Montessori program.   Birch Lane is a K-6 elementary school with nearly 600 students located in east Davis, California.  We have a beautiful ten acre campus with gardens everywhere and an arboretum on one side of our school.  Our students are in 24 classrooms: some are a single grade, some are multi age classrooms and seven are Montessori classrooms open to any student in the DJUSD district.  Our excellent staff and wonderful parents work well together to provide a solid foundation for learning for all of our students.
