NEW Student Enrollment

Enrollment and General Registration

Welcome to the 2018-2019 enrollment and registration web page.

Elementary school sites are now closed for the summer and will re-open on Thursday, August 16. Families arriving to Davis during this time frame can complete an Intent to Enroll form at the District Office located at 526 B Street while school offices are closed. The form can be downloaded by clicking here.

Completed forms can be returned to the District Office or emailed to Instructional Services at instservices@djusd.net. To be considered for priority registration, you must complete a registration packet at your neighborhood elementary school on August 16th or at your neighborhood junior high school on August. The first day of school is Wednesday, August 29.

Please use the ‘school site locator’ feature on the district website to determine your neighborhood school. If you are not currently a Davis resident, please click here for information on the Inter District Transfer process.

Davis schools are experiencing very crowded conditions.  Although the neighborhood school will be taking your registration and enrollment information, it is important that parents and students are aware that there may not be space for new students at their neighborhood school this Fall.  If school enrollment does exceed our capacity, you will be notified and the neighborhood school will  make arrangements to enroll your student at another site.

Changes to School of Attendance for Some Students in Montgomery Elementary boundary

Marguerite Montgomery Elementary (MME) is undergoing program transition. The school will be expanding its Two-Way Bilingual Spanish Immersion program and phasing out its English-only classrooms over the course of 5 school years. For the 2018-2019 school year, MME will add an additional kindergarten and first grade classroom to its bilingual immersion program and the English-only program will continue for grades 2-6.  If you live in the MME boundary area, have a student in kindergarten or first grade and are seeking an English-only program, please register your student at Pioneer Elementary School.
