- Tax Exemption Forms (Please refer to the Tax Exemption Guidelines for an explanation of which Measure H application to submit. You will only submit the one for SSI or SSDI if you are receiving those benefits. Otherwise, use the Senior Citizen Tax Exemption Application. You must apply for the exemption from Measure H.)
If you are already receiving an exemption for Community Facilities District No. 1 (CFD No. 1), you do not need to reapply.
