DJUSD Compensation: A Path Forward

The future of our school district is defined by the talented team of employees and our partnerships with parents and the broader school community. DJUSD acknowledges that there is a regional compensation gap in pay for our staff and DJUSD has identified this as a core challenge for our school district. For more information visit our webpage. We invite our school community to be part of a conversation to find real solutions to this compensation gap. DJUSD encourages you to contact the Superintendent with your ideas on how to raise revenue and/or reprioritize expenditures by emailing TeamSolutions@djusd.net. Together we can find the best path forward.
