Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is committed to providing key services and programs that support the mission of the Davis Joint Unified School District.  The department provides expertise and assistance in the areas of staffing, classification and compensation, labor and employee relations, state and federal compliance, professional growth and development, credential monitoring, leave management and substitute services. 

To guarantee equity for everyone we actively promote consistent observance to established practices, policies and procedures which have been developed through Board of Education action, legal decisions and negotiated agreements.

Our staff prioritizes the needs of our students by recruiting and retaining highly qualified teachers, classified support staff, coaches, administrators and substitutes.  We strive to provide excellent service to all of our staff.  Our dedicated team in Human Resources is here to assist along every phase of employment with Davis Joint Unified.
