Do not make changes directly on the CalPERS website. The district does not receive updates from CalPERS, so your payroll deductions will not be adjusted. Please use the District's Health Benefit Enrollment forms. 

Dental- Delta Dental
DJUSD employees are offered dental benefits through Delta Dental PPO of California. Upon successful completion of the Dental Health Enrollment forms through InformedK12, employees will be enrolled with provider. Email confirmation will be attached to your enrollment form by Benefits before completion. Please Note : Delta Dental does not mail welcome kits or ID cards.
